Tender description

The original construction of the entire school is an area of approximately – 5000m2. Of this approximately 1500m2 is constructed of a standing seam roof and unfortunately, the roof has been leaking for a number of years. This is giving rise to significant concern regarding the health and safety of children and staff as a result of water leaking into the School classrooms/corridors. Works include for: • Removal of existing roof covering, insulation & breather membrane, • Installation of new metal clad roof with associated insulation & membrane.
