Term maintenance of University buildings. Services will include but not limited to Planned preventative and Reactive maintenance, for electrical, mechanical and building fabric activities, including 24 hour emergency call outs. This will also facilitate small works/minor improvements as required. Lot 1: Building Maintenance services — Fabric; Lot 2: Building maintenance — Mechanical; Lot 3: Building maintenance — Electrical; Lot 4: Student Accommodation.
