Planned and response maintenance, specialist electrical works to predominately Council Housing stock:- Inspect, supply, install, and maintain in occupied/unoccupied properties and communal areas: lateral mains and intake cupboards; electrical dwelling rewire programme, landlord services, hardwired alarms, estate lighting, emergency lighting and fire alarms, remedy loss of supply; Defective Premises Act (DPA) electrical inspections. Electric Heating Breakdowns (both repairs and maintaining storage heaters as well as the switching on and off of existing underfloor heating) Electrical reactive repairs to dwellings. 1.
