Contract for Building Services, Maintenance, Cleaning and Associated Services - Chiltern and South Bucks District Councils

Tender description

Chiltern District Council is procuring on behalf of itself and South Bucks District Council a contract to provide building services, planned and reactive maintenance and cleaning and associated services. The services covered are: Building Management Systems, Caretaking, CCTV, Cleaning, Emergency lighting, Energy monitoring and reduction, Evacuation chairs, Fire alarm systems, Fire doors, Fire extinguishers, Fire Suppression system, Fixed electrical installations, Generators, Indoor air quality, Installed fixed plant, Intruder alarm/security systems, Lifts, Lightning protection, Main doors (automated/revolving), Portable appliance testing (PAT) and Water quality. The services are to be provided in the three main office buildings and a range of smaller buildings across the two Districts. The initial contract period will be 48 months from February 2017 with two possible extensions of up to 24 months each.
