Tender description

Tamworth Borough Council has a embarked on a project to undertake regeneration works in the Tinkers Green area of Tamworth. To enable this regeneration the Council needs to demolish a number of properties on the estate and this contract relates to the demolition of thirty-six (36) flats in three (3) blocks on Hastings Close.
