Renfrewshire Council are looking to appoint a Consultant to provide the services of a Quantity Surveyor for the Project and Clerk of Works services once the construction work begins on site across 2 separate sites; Johnstone Castle and ROF Bishopton. Each site has been separated into an individual lot as detailed below; Lot 1 — Johnstone Castle; Lot 2 — ROF Bishopton/AKA Dargavel Village. Tenderers are invited to bid for one or both of the lots.
