Maintenance & Annual Servicing of Commercial Communal & Non-Communal Heating Boilers and Plant - including Responsive Repair & Call Out Service

Tender description

To carry out an annual maintenance and servicing to the communal heating/hot water supply boilers and associated plant for provisionally Twenty one (21) domestic housing sites within the Bolton area, comprising approximately Eight Hundred (800) tenanted properties (including those purchased under the RTB scheme). To include for the following units: Gas fired, Biomass, Solar and Domestic air to air source heat pump units. The contract is to include: The annual servicing and maintenance of the communal boilers & plant providing heating/hot water supply and associated electrical & control systems, including specialist support for data analysis Twenty four (24) hour call out service throughout the contract period across all sites To provide dedicated, day & out of hours call handling service. Arranging direct appointments with customers as required. A number of these have site based CSOs (Community Support Officer) to help support customers that elderly and vulnerable. Emphasis is put on the importance of providing a service that meets the needs of all our customers to ensure continued supply of heating & hot water at all times.
