Tender description

The Authority currently maintains a Management Information /Business Intelligence Capability under Programme ARAGON and has a possible requirement for the further development and support of the capability. The requirement includes services supporting Business Analysis, database design and administration including management and execution of the Extract, Transform, Load Process, Solution Design, Configuration and Management of COTS Business Intelligence Tooling, Help Desk Support and Training, Software Security Accreditation and AGILE Development. The Authority is interested in exploring the application of modern Business Intelligence concepts such as Self Service BI and Governed Data Discovery. The Authority is keen to encourage the involvement of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in delivering this requirement, consistent with the Government Procurement for Growth agenda. The Authority is currently developing its procurement strategy for this requirement and is seeking the views of industry on how the requirement might best be met. A questionnaire will be sent to all interested parties after the closing date. It is expected an industry day will take place in May. Please note any competition will be run under PCR 2015.
