Intravenous fluids. ***please note that this requirement is being tendered by and for Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust (Based at University Hospital Lewisham, Queen Elizabeth Hospital Woolwich)*** The Pharmacy Department at Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust dispenses PN for adult and neonatal inpatients. The Trust is seeking a proposal from a provider who can meet all three requirements in full as follows: There are 3 different supply situations which the supplier must be able to meet: 1. Fully bespoke paediatric and neonatal PN, where the supplier provides ready to administer bags on a named patient basis 2. Tailored Adult PN Bags, where the supplier manipulates a commercially available 3 chamber bag to make it patient specific. This is likely to include the addition of additional electrolytes, vitamins and trace elements. 3. Standard neonatal PN bags (with fixed nutritional composition. (Please note that Light protection bags for covering PN must be supplied free of charge). Indicative Volumes per annum: 1. Bespoke Neonatal Bags (1 358 Bags). 2. Tailored/Bespoke Adult Bags (386 Bags). 3. Standard Neonatal Bags (156 Bags).
