Tender description

NHS Shared Business Services (NHS SBS) wishes to establish a framework agreement of suppliers for the provision of interpretation and translation services to the public sector, including but not limited to; (I) spoken language (face-to-face) (II) British sign language (BSL) (III) telephone interpretation (IV) document translation (V) video interpretation (VI) interpretation and translation managed service. We are currently engaging with key stakeholders and the market to establish how best to create this framework to meet our customer's needs for the 4 years ahead.
