Tender description

The Project is to provide electrical services to undertake periodic electrical inspections, any associated reactive repairs arising from the initial inspection and any minor works required, across the organisations housing portfolio. All works undertaken are to comply with IEE Wiring Regulations 17th Edition and Approved Document P and Approved Document M of The Building Regulations. Materials and workmanship are to comply with all relevant British Standards electrical installation and maintenance company to undertake electrical periodic inspections, maintain existing systems, install new equipment and provide testing certification in respect of our general needs housing, supported and sheltered housing, office buildings, commercial and leasehold properties located in the following Local Authority areas including Burnley, Cheshire East, Cheshire West and Chester, Halton, Hyndburn, Knowsley, Liverpool, Preston, Rossendale, Sefton, St Helens, Warrington, West Lancashire and Wirral to meet our regulatory requirements and to protect our tenants, employees, visitors, members of the public and contractors. Periodic Electrical Inspections 1 contractor to be appointed to undertake the following activities: Undertake Electrical Periodic Inspections; Portable Appliance Testing; Service and Maintenance Visits in Accordance with the Recommended Frequencies Based on Anniversary Dates; Responsive Repairs Service; Audits of Existing Systems, Reporting on Condition, Residual Life and Suitability; Renewal of Existing Systems; Provision of New Equipment.
