Tender description

York Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is looking to appoint up-to 2 Building, Mechanical and Electrical contractors to deliver small works projects — 1 contractor for the York region (lot 1) and 1 contractor for the Scarborough region (lot 2). The contract will be for 3 years plus 1 optional extension period of a further 1 year period — the contract will not exceed 4 years in total.
