Workstream 1 — Energy Consultants and Project Management shall be able to undertake the following tasks: Building Energy Management: — Building energy policy and strategy development; — Energy surveys and audits; — Independent report on metering arrangements (IRMA); — Chartered surveyors reports and green deal advice reports (GDAR); — Domestic and non-domestic BREEAM assessments (for existing buildings); — Funding and finance. Building Energy Certificates: — Display energy certificates (DEC) and advisory report (AR); — Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) domestic; — Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) non-domestic. Asset Management, Project Specification: — Stock condition surveys and reports; — Product specification and procurement; — Quantity surveyors. Project Management: — Project manager; — Clerk of works. Health and safety: — Principle design duties; — Health and safety advisors. A holistic approach to these services should be used to provide the LHC member with the services that they require.
