South Tyneside Council (STC) is looking to conduct a procurement exercise which will result in the establishment of a Framework on behalf of NEPO Local Authorities and other NEPO Associate Members for the Supply and Delivery of Building Materials which fully meets the requirements of Contracting Authorities. This agreement will also be made available to all NEPO Members Authorities. NEPO intends to make this Framework Agreement available for use by all UK Contracting Authorities including but not limited to Government Departments and their Agencies, Non-Departmental Public Bodies, Central Government, NHS Bodies, Local Authorities and any other body wholly owned or controlled by the Local Authority, Emergency Services, Educational Establishments and Registered Charities who have a need to purchase the above services.
