Tender description
The Framework will cover the construction of all types of social housing and be used by all 4 members to deliver the programme of work provided each year for 3 years (with the option to extend by 1 year) by the NIHE. For the purpose of this procurement and any subsequent contracts arising from it, the contracting authority will act as a central purchasing body. The following UK contracting authorities shall be able to use the contract(s): Alpha Housing Association, 6 Edgewater Road, Belfast, BT3 9JQ. Fold Housing Association and Fold Properties Limited, Fold House, 3 Redburn Square, Holywood, County Down, BT18 9HZ. Habinteg Housing Association, Alex Moira House, 22 Hibernia Street, Holywood, BT18 9JE. Triangle Housing Association, Eastermeade Gardens, Ballymoney, County Antrim, BT53 6BD. Additional members may join Accord during the course of the framework.
