Tender description

This contract is for the installation of approximately no.1400 (excluding capital projects) Social Housing kitchens and approximately no.1200 (excluding capital projects) social Housing Bathrooms spread over a 5 year period to Jersey in the Channel Islands. The contract is open to all local contractors ONLY. All expressions of interest which are not from a locally registered contractor will be rejected at expression of interest stage. The contract will involve: -The installation of kitchens and bathrooms to occupied Andium Homes properties. -Managing kitchen and bathroom stock levels. -Communication with supplier. -Ability to install up to 4 kitchens and 2-4 bathrooms a week, within a 5 day period. -Install as per manufacturer’s instructions to maintain warrantee period. -All electrical works and certification. -Comply with the specification. Parameters: -Social housing kitchens and bathrooms -Stock Control -Provision of options with clients -Engage with clients -There will be an option to extend the contract by a further 5 year (a right reserved by Andium Homes without reason). -KPI provisions.
