Tender description

This contract is for the supply and delivery of approximately no.2400 Social Housing kitchens spread over a 5 year period to Jersey in the Channel Islands. The contract is open to all verified local or UK suppliers or manufacturers. All expressions of interest which are not from a verified supplier or manufacturer will be rejected at expression of interest stage. The contract will involve: -Supply and delivery of kitchens to Jersey in the Channel Islands. -Regular deliveries inline with reported stock levels. -Communication with installers. -Ability to insure the products in transit. -Maintain warrantee period. -Periodic inspections of installers works (separate contract). -Free returns policy if products are damaged in transit. -Comply with performance specification for the kitchen units and bathroom suite (provision of information after expression of interest stage) Parameters: -Installing approximately 6-10 kitchens a week (excluding capital projects) -Approximately up to 2400 kitchens required over a 5 year period -Social Housing Kitchens -This includes, doors, units, sink, taps, hinges, handles, worktops, medical adaptations etc. -We will required 3 choices throughout on only worktops and handles -There will be an option to extend the contract by a further 5 years (a right reserved by Andium Homes without reason). -KPI provisions.
