Tender description

Stevenage Borough Council is seeking a suitable contractor to undertake an upgrade installation of the Warden Pull cord system to Hellards Road, Norman Court and Highfield Court sheltered housing properties as well as the option of installation of up to 6 new touchscreen panels at various other properties owned by Stevenage Borough Council. This procurement is a Open (single stage process). This opportunity is being tendered via the Council's e-tendering system (In-Tend). In order to participate in this opportunity you must register at www.supplyhertfordshire.uk. Registration is free of charge. Suppliers wishing to take part in this project are invited to “express interest” which will give access to the full procurement documents in the e-tendering system. Please note that there is a mandatory requirement to visit site for this contract, the council will not accept tenders from bidders who do not visit site. The dates for site visits are 14th and 15th January 2016. Please register your wish to attend site via the correspondence function before the 14th January.
