Tender description
The Trust has a requirement for a single Hard FM (Estates Management) partner to provide services across its estate delivering a 24/7 breakdown, scheduled maintenance, planned preventative maintenance, minor works service, and Appointment and Supervision of all specialist contractors and 24/7 help desk. Bidders will be expected to identify potential economies should they be awarded more than 1 group of services. The Trust aims to deliver the highest quality services at the best value for money to achieve this; the Trust understands that a positive working relationship is critical. Bidders are therefore encouraged to support the principle of partnership working in their approach to delivering the services.
