C & W Contract Ref — 9Z3P-8TURF1 The provision and management of estates maintenance services (Hard FM Services) to the main Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation site at 369 Fulham Road, London, SW10 9NH along with a number of satellite buildings. (excluding West Middlesex Hospital). The services will primarily consist of all estates maintenance services including but not limited to the following services all of which underpin critical healthcare processes. Planned Preventative Maintenance, Specialist Maintenance Services, including High and Low Voltage, medical gases, sterilisers, reactive maintenance, fabric repair, steam generation and energy management services, including CHP Management and Maintenance, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning and all other associated services within an acute Hospital setting. The Trust is looking to appoint a suitable contractor to provide the above services for an initial period of 5 years with an option to extend the contract for a further 2 x 12 month periods.
