Tender description

Provision of a responsive repairs and void property works service to the Associations housing stocks within the Aberdeenshire North, Aberdeenshire South and Moray areas. ‘All Trades’ are to be provided excluding gas safety and installation. The responsive repairs service is to be provided during normal working hours and in addition a 24 hour/365 days a year emergency service is also to be provided.
