Tender description

Portsmouth City Council, ‘the Authority’, is seeking to establish a single supplier framework for the supply of a vehicle hire service for work related journeys. Concurrently to establishing the Framework a contract with an estimated value of 100 000 GBP per annum will be let by the Authority. The Authority is targeting to have awarded the framework and the call-off contract by 15.3.2016 with a subsequent commencement date of 1.4.2016. The framework contract will be 4 years in duration with no option to extend. The call-off contract for the Authority will be for an initial term of 3 years extendable up to 5 years subject to performance and agreement. The framework will be accessible to the University of Portsmouth, the Portsmouth Regional Procurement Partnership (PRPP) and East Hampshire District Council (EHDC) for the duration of the framework. The estimated value of the Framework is a range from 300 000 GBP to 900 000 GBP across its duration.
