Tender description

Worker wishes to engage suitably qualified business partners to provide marketing support for our employability services including developing marketing campaigns, planning, advertising, public relations, organising events, product development, distribution and research. For the past 4 years the council has been working with external business partner (sole provider) through a commissioning framework to deliver employability services across East Renfrewshire with extremely positive results in terms of clients engaged and positive outcomes achieved. The activity of business partners has been closely integrated into the work of our employability staff and the framework has resulted in developing strong and effective relationships and allowed our partners to take a longer term, more settled approach to delivery. Specifically we are looking to work with business partners to provide marketing services for our employability activity to begin December 2015. Successful business partners will be based in the Barrhead Foundry as a minimum at least 1 day per week and be an integral part of our employability team; clients and employers should not see any distinction between staff directly employed by ERC and business partner staff and all services should be promoted and branded as ERC activity. Please note that all activity being procured is being part-financed through the European Structural Funds 2014-2020 Programmes via the European Social Fund.
