Contract for the Provision of Legal Services

Tender description

In June 2015, Wandsworth Borough Council sought expressions of interest from suitably experienced and competent contractors for the provision of legal services on behalf of itself and London Borough of Richmond upon Thames as follows: 1.Lot 1 - Litigation related services 2.Lot 2 - Planning, Highways, Contracts and General (PHCG) The term of the proposed contract is five years (sixty months) to commence in April 2016, with option to extend for a further period or periods of up to three years (thirty-six months) subject to mutual agreement of both parties. The estimated range in value of the contract over the initial term of five years and potential extension period of three years was GBP 6 800 000.
