Bristol City Council is seeking to tender 4 contracts for carrying out works to its housing stock and associated land. Response Repairs and Minor Works North — The range of work includes carpentry, brickwork, construction, decoration, plumbing, plastering and roofing. The contract will be for 5 years with an option of a further 2 year extension. The estimated value includes for the 7 years. Response Repairs and Minor Works South — The range of work includes carpentry, brickwork, construction, decoration, plumbing, plastering and roofing. The contract will be for 5 years with an option of a further 2 year extension. The estimated value includes for the 7 years. Repairs to Void and Empty Properties — North — The range of work includes carpentry, brickwork, construction, decoration, plumbing, plastering and roofing. The contract will be for 5 years with an option of a further 2 year extension. The estimated value includes for the 7 years.
