Tender description

This tender is for the extension of an already existing and working Chilled Water system. It will include all associated equipment and control interfaces required for compliance and business continuity purposes. It is to support the new I.T. Core Building at PHE, Porton Down. The supply and return pipework will run at high level and in the undercroft. The pipework will be insulated using rock wool and a smooth metal cladding, type to be stipulated in the tender for approval by PHE. The current system will need to be drained and flushed and refilled and recommissioned alongside the new installation.
