Tender description
The purpose of this research is to: 1: Estimate the number of pubs which have been sold on with a restrictive covenant in place ( and specifically since 2009 when the government Consultation was undertaken and recent industry guidance on the use of restrictive covenants has been introduced and observed). 2. Identify the impacts of restrictive covenants for a) the community groups /community enterprises and individuals who have purchased the pub and their plans to develop the property. 3. Identify, what impact preventing the property being used as a pub has had on the wider community. Full details are available in the attached Specification
