'The University of Manchester has decided that it wishes to contract for the use of appropriate skills and experience of an external organisation to assist in the implementation of the new CRM system and in its ongoing support and maintenance. The University anticipates building an internal support function over the life of the contract to provide ongoing in-house development and support. Therefore, the scope of the MS Dynamics CRM Partner Project is to select a suitable partner to: Develop and maintain a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Partnership with the University of Manchester; Build key Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementations in collaboration with the University of Manchester as required; Provide ongoing expert consultancy for Microsoft CRM Dynamics and associated products to the University of Manchester.'
