Tender description

'Translink wish to establish a Framework Contract whereby 4 suitably qualified contractors will carry out Electrical capital works and emergency maintenance work if required, to all its locations. These works will invariably be located in areas associated with rail, transport, infrastructure and consequently will be in safety critical infrastructure environments. The Employer will decide on whether the Framework will be used to procure works or if a different Framework is more relevant depending on the risk and complexity of the project and the associated level of management required. The nature of the works is varied however the typical type of project are Corporate Offices; Bus Stations; Rail Stations; Integrated Bus/Rail Facilities; Workshops/Garages/Warehouse; Car Parks/Access Roads; Park and Ride Facilities; Offices; Retail units; Fuel and Wash facilities; Pedestrian bridges; Etc.'
