Tender description
The Supply, Installation and Maintenante (for a period of three years) of a Parking Guidance System (PGS) in Galway City Centre to include construction of foundations. • 31 PGS, 4 VMS and 8 supporting static signs are to be installed on approach to various junctions throughout the city centre. • These PGS and VMS will be powered from local power supplies (existing or installed as part of this Contract) and will display real-time occupancy information relating to speicfic city centre car parks. The Contractor will be required to connect each sign to the local power supply . • Communications to an existing in-station will be provided by fibre optic link where applicable with remaining sites using GPRS communciations.
