Framework Agreement for the provision of (i) Financial, (ii) Legal (iii) Human Resources Due Diligence Services and (iv) Business Planning Services for the Credit Union Restructuring Board.

Tender description

The Credit Union Restructuring Board (ReBo) wishes to establish a multi-supplier Framework Agreement for the provision of professional services to credit unions working with ReBo on restructuring proposals. The Framework will be in four Lots: Lot 1- Financial Due Dilligence Services – Asset, Investment, Loan and Fixed Assets Reviews Lot 2 - Legal Due Dilligence Services Lot 3 - Human Resources Due Diligence Services Lot 4 - Business Planning Services Contracts under this Framework Agreement will be awarded by way of a Mini- Competition initiated by way of a supplementary request for tender (SRFT) which will be issued to all members of the Framework for the relevant Lot. The Framework Agreement will operate for a period on 1 year commencing in January 2015, with the option to extend at the sole discretion of ReBo for 1 further year.
