This contract has already been awarded and it is published here for transparency. The aims of this contract are here as follows: Develop and support a network membership to encompass a broad and balanced set of views during January to June 2016. Convene relevant members for roundtable discussions and negotiations with government departments in order to develop policy proposals Ensure regular and effective communication to network members to keep them abreast of developments Engage directly in conversations and negotiations where necessary to unblock barriers on network side Engage with Data Sharing team by way of escalation when necessary Maintain regular two-way communication with data sharing team Provide focal point and facilitate network input to drafting of paper including gathering of points and questions as drafts are circulated for comment and clearance Provide update of network views and issues to Ministers as and when required.
