Tender description

The provision and management of estates maintenance services to the main hospital site at 369 Fulham Road London, along with a number of satellite buildings. The services will primarily consist of all estates maintenance services including but not limited to the following services all of which underpin critical healthcare processes. Planned Preventative Maintenance, Specialist Maintenance Services, including High & Low Voltage, medical gases, sterilisers, reactive maintenance, fabric repair, steam generation & energy management services. CHP Management and Maintenance. The Trust is looking to appoint a suitable contractor to provide the above services for an initial period of 5 years with an option to extend the contract for a further 2 x 12 month periods.
