Tender description
Heart of England NHS Trust are involved in an agreement with PHE to provide microbiology services. All refurbishment works affects the fabric of buildings and, as PHE lease accommodation from the Trust under a Service Level Agreement, all changes to the fabric of the building can only be made via Trust estates office.
