Tender description
The London Borough of Harrow (‘the Council’) invites those suppliers to lot 7 & 9 of the GLA ADUP Framework you to submit an Expression of Interest (EoI) for the project entitled Waxwell Lane, full details of which are contained in the attached draft Invitation to Tender (ITT), where we also invite comments from bidders before finalisation and issue. The EoI is the first of two procurement stages using the GLA Architecture, Design and Urbanism Panel (ADUP) Lot 7 Design Advice & Design Management) and Lot 9 (Community Engagement & Local Regeneration). Up to a maximum of five, with a minimum of three Architects will be invited to the second stage procurement that will be via mini competition and based upon a revised ITT that will take into account bidders’ comments.
