For Installation, Maintenance and Repair of IRS Systems and Aerials PCH are seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and highly experienced contractors for the carrying out of the maintenance, repair and installation of IRS systems and aerials in the communal blocks and possibly other PCH properties. The works will involve maintenance and repair (including an emergency call-out service) of IRS systems and Aerials in sheltered accommodation, tower blocks and blocks of flats within the Plymouth city limits. The equipment which will be covered by this contract will be:- • Freeview aerials • Satellite Dishes • Head ends • Amplifiers • Internal installations in Flats PCH are seeking to appoint a single contractor. The proposed contract will be for an initial period of 3 (three) years and PCH will have the option to extend the contract, at its sole discretion and subject to performance, for a further 2 (two) years, by annual review and has a proposed value of £100,000 per annum.
