Tender description

SPARK is a free, interactive web tool for the rail industry sector to share knowledge in order to reduce duplication of research efforts and encourage collaboration. It is an internet-facing site (based on SharePoint 2010) which acts as a knowledge hub and collaboration utility for registered users. The current site is accessible from www.sparkrail.org The aim of the current project is to migrate SPARK to SharePoint 2013 in order to be able to make use of the features of the latest version. At the same time, changes will be made in order to improve on the current functionality
