RGF Green Port Growth Programme Mid Term Evaluation

Tender description

The overall aim of this evaluation is to measure and assess the performance of the Green Port Growth Programme from approval to date. This will be done in the context of the Programmes overarching strategy, which consists of six strands of activity: 1. Employment & Skills Development - apprenticeships wage subsidies, up skilling, specialist skills training and pathways to employment.-; 2. Business Support and advice - helping local businesses to diversify and enter the supply chain; 3. Site assembly - readying land to create suitable investment and employment sites; 4. Inward investment - delivering a coordinated and proactive inward investment campaign to attract high level supply chains to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) alongside proactive targeted overseas visits and trade missions; 5. Business Investment Grants - capital grants to businesses to support sustainable investment, lowering the relocation and expansion costs for supply chain companies; 6. Research, Development & Innovation - Facilitating concept to commercialisation route, R, D & I for key industries.
