Housing for People with Care and Support Needs - DPS

Nottinghamshire County Council is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the ad hoc provision of accommodation and on-going landlord and housing management functions for people with care and/or support needs. It will enable commissioners to procure a sufficient supply of suitable accommodation with housing management services in four categories: 1) Supported Living (standard) 2) Supported Living Plus 3) Extra Care (Housing with Care) 4) Accommodation for short term occupation (e.g. hostel / crisis accommodation) Suppliers may be invited to tender for contracts with the following Commissioners: • Nottinghamshire County Council • Nottingham City Council • Derby City Council • Derbyshire County Council • Lincolnshire County Council • Rutland County Council Providers must have experience of providing accommodation and housing management services relevant to this DPS An Information Event for interested organisations will take place in Nottingham on 19 January 2016 Keywords: Care - Adults
