Tender description
We are keen to track the achievements of a sample of projects at different stages in the project lifespan to measure how well they are achieving the aims set out in their original application; understand how well they will achieve the programme outcomes; and, identify what – if any –socio-economic impacts have been achieved for communities in areas where Heritage Enterprise projects are located. HLF is keen to see proposals for how best to collect the information required and achieve the stated aims for this research
