Electrical Repairs, Rewires and Periodic Testing

Efficiency East Midlands (EEM) Framework for provision of Electrical Repairs, Rewires & Periodic Testing on all identified electronic installations. During the life of the framework, Contractors may also be requested to undertake one off projects such as communal lighting upgrades, large scale carbon monoxide/smoke alarm upgrades and LED installations. Contractors must be able to provide the services through this framework across a spectrum of different building types e.g. domestic properties, commercial properties such as offices, schools and sheltered schemes and any other building owned and/or managed by our membership. EEM members are predominantly within the East Midlands but not exclusively so and may have requirements in other parts of England and Wales. The consortia is owned by our members which include Housing Associations, ALMO's, Local Authorities, Universities, Hospitals and bodies from the wider public sector.
