Tender description
Nottinghamshire County Council is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the ad hoc provision of accommodation and on-going landlord and housing management functions for people with care and/or support needs. It will enable commissioners to procure a sufficient supply of suitable accommodation with housing management services in four categories: 1) Supported Living (standard) 2) Supported Living Plus 3) Extra Care (Housing with Care) ? please note that larger and/or more complex extra care projects may be procured separately to this DPS 4) Accommodation for short term occupation (for example hostel or crisis accommodation) Suppliers may be invited to tender for contracts with the following Commissioners: ? Nottinghamshire County Council ? Derby City Council ? Derbyshire County Council ? Lincolnshire County Council ? Rutland County Council Providers must have experience of providing accommodation and housing management services relevant to this DPS
