Tender description

Leighton-Linslade Town Council wishes to receive expressions of interest for the provision of a fully managed cleaning service of 2 buildings comprising. One being the public conveniences located at the multi-storey car park, West Street and the newly refurbished public conveniences (work to be completed April 2016) located with Parson's Close Recreation Ground, Leighton Buzzard. The contract is targeted to commence on the 1st April 2016 and will be awarded for a three year period - expiring 31st March 2019, with an option to extend by a further 12 months following a contract review.
