Tender description

Objectives for the work - To develop a plan for our Accounting Separation work over the short (1 year), medium (2 year) and long-term (to 2020), with a view to supporting the PR19 Price Review and our proposals for the economic regulation of separate markets for sludge and water resources. - To provide recommendations and advice on implementing our plan. - Resulting from the above, to provide a range of suggested options/ alternatives for material to include in our next Water 2020 consultation in May, in respect of Accounting Separation.
