Tender description

Develop a test method for assessing protection from secondary fragmentation. The work will involve charges buried in different media in such a manner that the blast and fragments are directed at specimens representative of Tier 2 Pelvic Protection. The effect of the fragmentation on the specimens will be assessed. The work is to be undertaken in accordance with the SBRI application 58854-443134 part 8 submitted to and held by Innovate UK for the Ehanced Individual Protective Equipment Protection Programme.
