ASSERT TECHNICAL SUPPORT HOSTING AND DEVELOPMENT

Tender description

The Contractor shall provide the Hosting, Support and Development for ASSERT for three years with annual options for the Authority to renew for a further two years. The core component of this contract will be: a. Hosting b. Technical Support c. A 'Development Pool' of 200 person hours development. The Tasking component will allow for work to be undertaken through Task Orders issued by the Authority. A budget of 3m has been allocated for Tasks but there is no commitment for the Authority to place any number of tasks and all tasks are subject to contract. The Contractor shall deliver the firm requirement for the Support hosting Services and development work which will be the subject of additional tasks against pre-agreed rates. Hosting Arrangements: The Contractor shall be required to provide ASSERT via RLI connection with official Sensitive- personal approval levels. Meet requirement of two key components: Application availability 24*7*365 except for Authority approved outages and a response time of three seconds for certain key functionality.
