Replacement of Undercroft Pipework at the Cliffs Pavilion Theatre, Southend on Sea

Tender description

Southend Borough Council requires a contractor to supply, install and commission the replacement heating and chilled water pipework and associated details in the undercroft at the Cliffs Pavilion Theatre. Comprehensive drawings and a specification will be issued to contractors who express an interest and the works will be carried out under a JCT Minor Works Contract. The tenders will be considered against an evaluation ratio of 80% for price and 20% for quality. Please submit your request to tender no later than 12 noon on 4th January 2016. We anticipate the tenders will be sent out in January with a four week tender period. . The proposed commencement date of this project is February 2016 and we anticipate a four week programme of works.
