Regeneration Frameworks Shirebrook and South Normanton

1Bolsover District Council (BDC) is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and inspirational consultant teams to lead in the production of two separate but complementary framework studies. This invitation relates to one of those studies – Bolsover District South, focussing on the 2 main towns in the south of the District - Shirebrook and South Normanton, respectively. This is one of the two packages being invited for tenders. The second package relates to an invitation to tender for framework studies focussing on the two main towns (Clowne and Bolsover), to the north of the district, referred to as ‘Bolsover District North’. You are invited to submit separate tenders for either one or both these studies. If you can assemble a team with the flair and enthusiasm necessary to excite us and are interested in competing for some or all of this work please read and consider the following brief before submitting expressions of interest in strict accordance with the requirements set out below.
