Heating and Water Contracts

Tender description

The council (awarding authority) is seeking 2 contractors for the provision of potable water testing, treatment and installations, responsive repairs, installations and maintenance for gas and heating installations to individual and district heated properties, gas landlords safety inspections, responsive repairs and maintenance for laundry and sewage plant, testing and maintenance regime for dry/wet riser installations and maintenance of building energy management systems to its housing stock in the north and south of the borough. The contractors will also be required to provide a 24/7 365 day response repair service. The council (awarding authority) is seeking 2 contractors that will deliver fantastic customer service, achieve high levels of of resident satisfaction (whether tenant or leaseholder), deliver repairs 'right first time' every time with a motivated and highly focused workforce committed to delivering an excellent service.
