Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust- Hire of Promotional bus for health care purposes

The Trust is looking for information and expressions of interest from suppliers to hire a bus for a period to provide a Health care promotional service to travel around the community.The bus would need to be externally branded but looking to minimise any conversions to the interior so anticipate this opportunity would suit a supplier who already provides this type of service to other NHS Health Trusts.Anticipate that the hire would need to include driver ,insurance,fuel and would be for a number of months over the financial year commencing 1/4/2016.At this stage the Trust have not finalised its operational requirements and internal business case so would welcome indicative costs of weekly/monthly hire as well as information on the buses provided for hire.It is anticipated that any formal process would commence in early 2016.
